Refund policy

All orders are 100% Non Refundable, once they have been marked as shipped via USPS and or delivered via email. Once a shipping label is created for your order, your order is non refundable. We are also 100% not responsible if customer provides the wrong email or shipping address for an item. 

Once a course/class/virtual program that's being offered is accessed, the purchase is completely non-refundable.  In addition, if you're in a program that has a membership, the date that the membership is granted/activated, your purchase is non-refundable.

All items included on this website are deemed "Intellectual Property" and can be copied, pictured, etc once received by a customer. To avoid such pertinent information being mishandled or stolen, we do not practice refunds once the item has been labeled, shipped or sent via USPS or email.
